HIPs Documents

The initial HIP is likely to contain only the most basic compulsory information (above) in order that the Seller can start marketing. Every Buyer will need most of the Optional Items (see HIP Pack) and also will want to raise other enquiries about the property, its contents, boundaries and the like. The Buyer’s Solicitors will review the HIP and raise additional necessary enquiries.

Buyers will require additional documents and information before they buy a property including but not limited to…

home use form

home contents (fixtures & fittings)

WGS has been involved in the Home Information Pack process from an early stage and we offer our Clients a full set of reports that are published online so that interested potential Buyers and Sellers can access all the necessary information.
New and updated information can be quickly published to reflect changes in the guidelines and the results of surveys, searches etc.

WGS solicitors have prepared HIPs for the following properties
listed by Post Code:
(Buyers will need a password which will be available from the Seller’s Estate Agent)
