Home Contents Forms (sometimes referred to as "Fixtures and Fittings Lists") let sellers give buyers information on a range of matters relating to the property.
These include information on the contents of the property included in the sale price, such as furniture, domestic appliances, outbuildings etc.
Complete and return this form to WGS or we can post it or it can be completed at our offices.

New legislation places a duty on home-owners or their agents to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP) when marketing a 4 bedroom (or more) residential property from 1st August 2007.
WGS has been involved in legal aspects of the Home Information Pack process and we offer our Clients a full set of reports that are published online so that interested potential Buyers and Sellers can access all the necessary information.
