Home Information Packs contain the following compulsory documents:

address

evidence of title

consents & approvals

warranties & guarantees

additional leasehold information

guraantees for works carried out

In addition, Buyers and Sellers will require the following before they buy your property:

home use form

home contents (fixtures & fittings)

New legislation places a duty on home-owners or their agents to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP) when marketing a 4 bedroom (or more) residential property from 1st August 2007.

WGS has been involved in legal aspects of the Home Information Pack process and we offer our Clients a full set of reports that are published online so that interested potential Buyers and Sellers can access all the necessary information.

New and updated information can be quickly published to reflect changes in the guidelines and the results of surveys, searches etc.
