Sale Statements contain the following:
(The Seller can answer three simple questions on the telephone to us at WGS to provide the following:)
• address
• is the property a flat or a house?
• if a flat, what kind of building it is in
• if commonhold, leasehold or freehold
• whether registered at the Land Registry
• who is selling the property
• whether property is vacant or (eg) divided into flats of which at least one is vacant

In addition, Buyers and Sellers will require the following before they buy your property:
New legislation places a duty on home-owners or their agents to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP) when marketing a 4 bedroom (or more) residential property from 1st August 2007.
WGS has been involved in legal aspects of the Home Information Pack process and we offer our Clients a full set of reports that are published online so that interested potential Buyers and Sellers can access all the necessary information.
