• title number
• address
• price paid / value if entered since 1 April 2000
• registered owner
• mortgage lender
• plan of the property if available

In addition, Buyers and Sellers will require the following before they buy your property:

New legislation places a duty on home-owners or their agents to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP) when marketing a 4 bedroom (or more) residential property from 1st August 2007.
