Stephen Wegg-Prosser

Partner Stephen Wegg-Prosser BA is an expert in property law and has established an international client base - especially in the Far East. Stephen has over 30 years' experience of representing both landlords and tenants concerning the granting and renewal of business leases. Additionally Stephen has established a reputation across London in acting for lessees and residents' associations and in negotiating and acquiring freehold interests in their properties - their management and administration after acquisition.
He is Probate Department head and administers the estates of deceased people when the Court grants an order of Probate.
While not the most expensive lawyer in town he is also not the cheapest - there are now call-centre law firms where telephonists consult computers to find out the current law. Stephen knows the current law and will also give you a personal service. He will quote for his services taking your particular circumstances into account when you speak to him.

There are not many London firms which fit into the image of the 'family solicitor' but Stephen's work involves the legal administration of his client's lives from cradle to grave.
