Secondhand Endowment Policies

Jonathan Gerber LL.B manages this area of the practice, in which WGS has been involved since 1993. We have a dedicated team of para-legals acting for a number of major market makers in the field. We also act for individuals who wish to buy or sell endowment policies to someone other than a market maker. Our work involves us closely with the Association of Policy Market Makers and we can assist clients who wish to surrender their life endowment policies.
