Mark has over 10 years of experience in family law and now specialises exclusively in Matrimonial Finance and Children Law.

He has experience in all areas, including divorce, complex and high net worth matrimonial finance proceedings and private law children matters involving contact and residence disputes. He has experience of drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements. Mark has a particular interest in cases involving assets held in trust, unmarried couples, complicated family structures, international elements and jurisdiction complexities. Mark is a confident advocate and has experience in representing clients at court hearings and on a range of applications.
