    Lasting Powers of Attorney,
    Deputyship applications,
Advising elderly clients and their families.

Lynn, our Probate Manager, has been with WGS for over 30 years in various roles, and for more than a decade in her present position dealing with Estate administrations, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications and supporting and advising elderly clients and their families.

All who have relied upon her support and advice agree that Lynn has a uniquely friendly and supportive manner and endeavours to make what may be a difficult time for her clients as stress-free as is possible.

    Work highlights

    • Acting for some of our more Senior Citizens in times of bereavement which does occasionally require a more “hands-on” and personal approach to assist them with the administration of an estate.
    • Assisting our elderly clients and their attorneys as and when required to ensure that the client’s needs are being met, whilst at all times taking the client’s wishes into consideration in decision-making and treating them with the courtesy and respect to which they are entitled.
    • It is a fact of modern life that our family and friends relocate all around the world and unfortunately some of us die much earlier than others. Thus not everyone has children or close relatives who are able and willing to assist with the physical tasks that are required when dealing with estate matters or simply to help them manage to continue to live in their own home in later years. Helping clients in these particular situations can be the most personally rewarding.
